Why should I connect with Facebook?

Connecting to Facebook is one of the easiest ways to ensure that your player history is never lost. We also add FREE coins to your account for doing so. You can connect to Facebook when prompted within the game, or by clicking on the blue Facebook icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. You have complete control over what is posted to your Facebook page, and we will never share your information with others.

Is there a chance of winning real money?

U PLAY Games is a free-to-play social casino game intended for entertainment purposes only. While you may elect to make in-app purchases to enhance your gaming experience, there is no chance of winning real money.

Does making a purchase affect my odds of winning?

Your odds of winning are unaffected by any purchases made within the game.

What are the odds of winning?

All games in U PLAY Games are based off the same mechanics as real casino games. The chances of winning and losing with no guarantees is what the thrill of the game is all about. Your odds of winning will not change based on in-app purchases.

How do I receive notifications for free coins and special offers?

Turn on push notifications to receive free coins and special offers right on your phone.
iOS:

  • Enter your phone’s settings
  • Select “Notifications”
  • Select U PLAY Games
  • Toggle on/off for notification controls

Android:

  • Enter your phone’s settings
  • Scroll to “Apps”

  • How do I turn the sound on/off?

    You can turn the sound on or off by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Toggle the button on or off for music and SFX (sound effects). Some games will also have a sound button that can control its sounds.

    Can I invite my friends to play U Play Games?

    We are currently working on perfecting this feature and will have it available for you soon! You can also “like” U PLAY Games Facebook page to join a community of players and enjoy free coin giveaways!

    Will I lose my progress if I update or uninstall my app?

    If you uninstall U PLAY Games and you are playing as a guest your progress may be lost. Updating the game will not cause a loss in player data. However, the easiest way to ensure you never lose your player history or progress is to connect with Facebook. You may connect with Facebook when prompted or by clicking on the blue CONNECT button in the gifts section. You will also be awarded FREE coins.

    How do I change my username or profile avatar?

    You can edit your profile name and avatar by clicking the circle in the upper left corner of the app. Only players who are linked to Facebook will have the option to use one of their own photos.

    Can I link my card from THE CLUB at Chumash to my U PLAY Games account?

    Unfortunately, not yet. We plan to roll this feature out in future.

    How do players earn U PLAY Points?

    You can earn U PLAY Points by making in-app purchases for coins, daub alerts or power ups. Gameplay itself has no impact to U PLAY Points. U PLAY Points are limited to transactions made in the app.

    What’s the Loyalty Mall?

    Earn U PLAY Points by making purchases in U PLAY Games to use on exciting real-world items. Use points to get everything from coin packages, gift cards and more coming soon. Check it out and start earning today.

    How do you increase VIP Status?

    Your VIP Status is increased by making more in-app purchases for coins, daub alerts & power ups.

    How do I increase my Friend Bonus for the Daily Bonus?

    Your Friend Bonus will increase as you invite more friends to the game through Facebook.

    Where can I find my User ID?

    You can find your User ID by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner of your screen. Your User ID will be located within the pop-up window and will begin with “RS” followed by a series of numbers.

    What do I do if my game lost connection?

    Please make sure you are playing the most up to date version of U PLAY Games and that your internet connection is operating properly. We always suggest players connect to a secure and strong Wi-Fi network when playing U PLAY Games. If your game is still losing connection, please use the Contact Us button and provide as many details as possible about your loss of connection. Our Customer Support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

    I have not received my purchase yet.

    Completely close out of the application and relaunch to refresh your account. If your coin or power-up purchase is still unavailable, please use the Contact Us button and provide as many details as possible about your purchase. Our Customer Support team will respond in a timely manner after reviewing your account history and issue any missing purchases as needed.

    I think I was charged twice.

    When making a purchase, select the purchase button only once to ensure multiple charges are not made while processing your payment. If you believe you were charged twice, please use the Contact Us button and provide as many details as possible. Our Customer Support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

    What methods of payment are accepted?

    All purchases made in U PLAY Games are processed by the app store associated with your device. To input updated payment information, new payment information, or see valid forms of payment please visit your PayPal account or the app store associated with your device.

    Troubleshooting Purchases

    We apologize that you are experiencing trouble in making a purchase on U PLAY Games. First, close the game completely and relaunch the application. If the purchase attempt continues to not process, please select the Contact Us button above and our Customer Support team will gladly assist.

    I still have a billing or in-app purchase question.

    If you have additional questions regarding an in-app purchase that are not covered in the FAQs, please use the Contact Us button and provide as many details as possible including a copy of your in-app purchase receipt if applicable. Our Customer Support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

    I got disconnected during a bonus round, what happened to my winnings?

    Submit a support ticket by using the Contact Us button and include as much information as possible regarding this event. Our Customer Support team will be happy to investigate this for you.


    GAMEPLAY

    How do I earn more free coins?

    – Free coins can be earned by collecting your Daily Bonus, bi-hourly bonus and watching ads.
    – If you get low on coins during your gameplay, you will be prompted to return to the lobby for additional free coins which will be awarded automatically by choosing this option.

    How do I level up?

    Leveling up is easy in U PLAY Games – all you must do is play. Each bet you make in any game in U PLAY Games will contribute to your overall XP (experience points). XP determines your level. You may increase your bets to increase the amount of XP earned with each spin when playing slots. Level up to unlock exclusive games and new game content.

    Where can I find the pay table information for slots?

    You can find the pay table for slots by clicking on the pay table icon in the slot game you are playing. Our pay table icons can be found in the bottom left corner of your screen.

    How is my bet determined?

    There are two key factors in a bet: a default bet, and a maximum bet. The default bet is determined by your coin balance; the larger your coin balance the bigger your default bet will be. The maximum bet is determined by your level, the higher your level the larger your maximum bet.

    How does insurance in blackjack work?

    Insurance in blackjack is considered a side bet and may be made at 50% of the amount of your actual bet. The side bet may only be made when the dealer’s open card is an ace. The side bet is on the dealer having blackjack; if you win your hand, you win your actual bet, and if the dealer wins the hand, you will win the side bet. The side bet is paid 2:1.

    How do I get on the Leaderboard?

    Your Leaderboard status is based on the highest single win from that week i.e., single spin, bonus round, progressive. The largest of these wins are then presented on a weekly Leaderboard. Increase your bet to increase your wins for a chance at dominating the Leaderboard.

    How are players grouped on the Leaderboards?

    Players are grouped into three groups based on their U PLAY Games level. Levels 1-24; Levels 25-54; Levels 55+.

    What are Bingo power ups used for?

    You can earn or purchase power ups to give you a big boost in Bingo. Power ups may be normal, unique, or rare and escalate in their overall ability to help you achieve a Bingo. To access your power ups or purchase more go into the Bingo lobby and click on the blue lightning icon in the top right corner of your screen.

    What are Bingo daub alerts?

    Daub alerts highlight any numbers on your card that have been called to make daubing quick and easy. It also alerts if you have a BINGO available.

    In Bingo, what happens if I get a number with a treasure box?

    You will be awarded bingo power ups.

    In Bingo What happens if I get a number with a gold square?

    You will be awarded additional coins at the end of the game.

    Do I win a prize if I get one bingo?

    Yes, you will win a prize if you get one bingo. However, you have the option to play with up to four bingo cards which allows you to get multiple bingos and earn bigger prizes.

    Daily log in progress only shows up to 7 days, what happens after collecting 7 consecutive Daily Bonus?

    For each consecutive day you log in, you will continue to spin the Day 7 daily bonus wheel.

    Why should I complete Daily Quests?

    They’re fun! Complete Daily Quests to earn Quest Points to help you fill up your weekly progress bar. Fill your weekly progress to unlock 2x on your next daily bonus.
